Jeff Spridgeon

Jeff Spridgeon currently serves as the VP of Strategic Sales at Mimecast, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this, Spridgeon was with Aware as SVP of Strategic Sales and Partnerships and Vice President of Sales from July 2017 to October 2024. Earlier in the career, Spridgeon worked at Code Corporation as Director of Sales for North America, and at Dell as Executive Director of Sales for the Dell Software Group, leading a diverse global team responsible for approximately $500M in annual revenue. Additional experience includes serving as VP of Sales at Quest Software, where Spridgeon led a team of 120 and managed sales compensation for the global organization and as Senior Director of Sales Operations at Aelita Software. Spridgeon holds a degree from The Ohio State University and additional education from Hondros College of Business.
