Mingyan Qu

Mingyan Qu currently serves as SVP of Quality Engineering and Engineering Services at Mimecast since December 2021. Prior experience includes notable roles such as VP of Software Quality Engineering and Senior Director of Software Engineering at Carbonite, an OpenText Company, where Mingyan was involved from December 2018 to January 2022 and from August 2015 to December 2018, respectively. Prior to that, Mingyan held various positions at RSA, The Security Division of EMC, including Senior Manager and Manager of Software Quality Engineering from March 2011 to August 2015, as well as Principal Software Quality Engineer from November 2003 to 2010. A career began at Liquid Machines, Inc. as a Senior Software Quality Engineer and earlier at Shym Technology as a Software Engineer. Mingyan holds a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from Northeastern University and completed undergraduate studies at Qingdao University.
