Scott McVay has extensive experience in customer support and product management, primarily with Mimecast from 2013 to present. Scott currently serves as Manager of Escalation Support, leading teams to address escalated customer issues and improve service quality. Previous roles at Mimecast included Associate Product Manager, where Scott created user story backlogs, prioritized development tasks, and ensured regulatory compliance. Scott also has a strong technical background, having served in various support engineering roles, including managing customer API integrations and resolving complex technical issues. Prior to Mimecast, positions at Corporate Reimbursement Services, EnerNOC, Northeastern University, Highmount Capital, and John Hancock Life Insurance Company provided a solid foundation in system administration, network management, and IT support. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science and Business from Northeastern University.
