Shakerah Brown Honey

Shakerah Brown Honey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in licensing, renewals, and customer support. Currently serving as Team Lead Licensing and Renewals Specialist at Mimecast since August 2020, Shakerah also held the position of Senior Licensing and Renewal Specialist within the same company. Prior to this, Shakerah worked at MWEB from March 2010 to July 2020 in various roles, including Customer Service and Billing Administrator, Customer Support Administrator, and Sales Support Administrator.
