Shannon Bell Stern

Shannon Bell Stern is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in HR technology and analytics. Currently serving as the Director of HR Tech & Analytics at Mimecast since May 2020, Shannon has held various roles within the company, including Sr Manager of Workday & HR Analytics and Workday Configuration Lead. Prior experience includes positions at athenahealth as Product Manager for Workforce Systems and Data, and Business Systems Analyst Manager (Workday), as well as being a Principal HRIS Analyst (Reporting & Analytics) at Aspen Technology. Shannon's career also features roles at Takeda Oncology, Berkshire Health Systems, Sugar Peas, Iredale Mineral Cosmetics, and Berkshire Publishing Group. Shannon holds a BS in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a Data Analytics Certificate from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
