Ram Alluri

Ram Alluri is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and manages the all the Financial, HR and Legal operations at mimik. Prior to joining mimik, Ram has over 25 years of global experience in corporate finance, strategy, business development leading cross-functional teams in leading technology and telecommunication companies like Intel, Avaya Communications, IBM.

Most recently, Ram was Director, Business Development at Intel and responsible for cloud engagement strategy and identifying new business opportunities with cloud solution partners. He also managed sales operations and marketing strategy with PRC channel partners.

Prior to that, Ram was a Finance Controller for 10+ years with different business groups in Intel and managed their Finance Planning and Analysis with effective processes to prioritize their investments.

Ram also represented Intel on multiple telco. deals in Asia, Latin America, Europe and lead negotiations with telecom operators, OEM/ODM partners and other wireless solution providers.

Ram has an MBA from University of Michigan, Ross School of Business, USA and a Masters degree in Computer Engineering from Kansas State University, US. He also has Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Anna University, India.
