Galit Lotan

Galit Lotan is an experienced organizational consultant with a strong background in leadership development and group facilitation. Currently serving as an Organization Consultant at Mimun Yashir since October 2018, Galit previously worked at Gaya Organizational Development and Dialogue Organizational Consulting, Research and Training LTD from 2016 to 2018. Additional experience includes facilitating at מרכז מיטיב בארגונים and group facilitation at Raanan Bashetach OUT between 2015 and 2017. A former Leadership Development Consultant for the Israel Defense Forces from 2008 to 2016, Galit holds an M.A. in Organizational Sociology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Haifa.
