Paula Talamo is a seasoned consultant currently working at Vertex Inc. since May 2019, where responsibilities include collaborating on implementation projects and enhancing consulting skills through hands-on delivery. Previously, Paula held various roles at Cisco from 2006 to 2019, including Technical Consulting Engineer, Customer Support Engineer, and Delivery Readiness Engineer, providing extensive technical support and guidance for Unified Communications and managed video collaboration environments. Paula holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
