Liat Lichtenstein is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and corporate training. Currently serving as the VP of Human Resources at Direct Finance since May 2008, Liat defines HR strategy and policy while overseeing a team responsible for about 350 employees. Previous roles include HR Manager of the Sales and Marketing Divisions at Zap Group, where Liat supported recruitment and management initiatives for over 250 staff members, and Business Coach at Blanchard Israel, focusing on sales and service training. Liat's career began at Barak Communication as Team Manager in the Customer Service Division.
