Shahar Payne

Shahar Payne is an accomplished professional in fraud prevention and investigation, currently serving as the Fraud Prevention Team Manager at Mimun Yashir since March 2023. With extensive experience across various organizations including Direct Insurance as a Senior Fraud Investigator and AIG as a Fraud Investigator, Shahar has consistently led teams in detecting and investigating fraudulent activities, while also implementing advanced technological tools for surveillance. Previous roles at HOT mobile and MIRS Communications reinforced expertise in handling customer fraud complaints and training personnel at all levels. Shahar's background also includes security operations with the Israel Ministry of Transport and service as a Special Forces Combat Soldier in the Israel Defense Forces. Education includes a degree in Criminal Profiling from Ariel University and various leadership training courses.
