Kinga Broel-Plater

Kinga Broel-Plater is the Head of Incubator at Minc. Kinga has previously worked at Torch, Fast Track Capital, and Minc. Kinga has also been a Startup Advisor and Business Development Manager at World First Nordics and a Senior Advisor at Vedanta Hedging Ltd. Kinga is also a Co-Founder at The Wise Course.

Kinga Broel-Plater earned an MSc in Business Administration and Finance from Lund University School of Economics and Management. Kinga also attended Styrelseakademien to complete a certification in Board member training. After moving to Singapore, they obtained an MSc in Finance from the National University of Singapore. Later, they completed a Msc Psychotherapy Foundation Course in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy Transactional Analysis from Metanoia Institute. Kinga also has a certification in Health Certification Training from NLPCA (the NLP Institute of California) and is a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) from International Teaching Seminars (ITS). In addition, they have an ICF Certified Master Coach Training certification from ITS and is certified in Clean Language from The Clean Change Company. Finally, they are a Professional Accredited Coach (PCC level) through the International Coach Federation (ICF).
