Francis Nee

Francis Nee has a strong background in water and wastewater treatment, with experience in various roles and responsibilities. Francis worked as a Senior Engineer at Minconsult Sdn Bhd, where they led a project team and provided guidance on water and wastewater treatment knowledge. Prior to that, they served as a Sales and Marketing Manager at TecGates IP&T Sdn Bhd, where they developed new markets and provided technical solutions and advice to clients. Francis also managed the tender process and provided commercial comparisons based on total life cycle cost. Before that, they were the Group Technical Solutions Manager at Process-3 Services Solutions Sdn Bhd, where they led a team and prepared project costings and proposals. Francis also designed special treatment for chemical waste management and was involved in design calculations and equipment selections. Francis has also worked as a project manager at Envirogard Sdn Bhd, where they were responsible for mechanical and electrical planning, system design, installation, commissioning, and submission to the Department of Environment. Francis has experience in leading project teams and reporting directly to the Managing Director. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Project Engineer at CCM Water Systems Sdn Bhd, coordinating and executing water and wastewater treatment projects, and as an Engineer at Environ Holdings Sdn Bhd, where they were involved in sales, business development, project execution, and commissioning. Francis introduced new products and technologies to the market and developed strategies and plans to grow the company's business. Francis started their career as a Design Engineer at Technowaste Sdn Bhd, where they worked on project tender costing and design for sewage treatment plants, prepared authorities submissions, designed treatment processes, and selected equipment.

Francis Nee completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Chemical Engineering at the University of Adelaide from 2003 to 2006. From 2011 to 2016, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR).
