Jagdeep Kaur Senghera

Jagdeep Kaur Senghera has extensive experience in communications and marketing roles. Jagdeep Kaur currently serves as the Head of Corporate Communications at Minconsult Sdn Bhd, where they design and implements strategic communication initiatives. Prior to this, they were the Principal Owner of Greywire from 2017 to 2023. Jagdeep Kaur has also held positions such as Head of Brand, Marketing & Communications at Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Marketing Communications Manager at Ramada Suites by Wyndham Kuala Lumpur City Centre, and Communications Manager at CSI Prop. Jagdeep has a background in corporate communication and public relations, having worked at Yayasan Hijau Malaysia and SEGi Holdings Berhad in related roles. Jagdeep Kaur has also worked as an Editor In Chief at Lux Burando and a Public Relations Executive at Maybank. Jagdeep is skilled in digital and traditional media, content development, and event management.

Jagdeep Kaur Senghera obtained a Diploma in Investigative Journalism from Malaysia Institute of Integrative Media (MIIM) in an unspecified year prior to 2000. Jagdeep Kaur then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Journalism from Murdoch University from 2003 to 2005. In 2006 to 2007, they attended Curtin University, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with a focus on Public Relations & Journalism. Later, they pursued a Masters degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Universiti Putra Malaysia, which they completed in 2018.

In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications including a Covid19 (Coronavirus) Awareness Course from eHotelier in April 2020, a Certificate of Completion in How Body Language Differs in Different Cultures and How to Manage Conflict Between Staff from Wyndham Pittsburgh University Center in March 2020, and a Certified First Aider in Basic Life Support from the Academy of Safety and Emergency Care Sdn Bhd in January 2020.
