Case Manager/Patient Navigator – Behavioral Health at MIND 24-7

Diana Nguyen's work experience begins in 2016 as the Executive Director of VSA4kids, where they taught Vietnamese culture and history to children and managed financial transactions. Diana later worked as a Treasurer for the Minority Association of Pre-Medical Students, collecting and recording funds for the organization. Diana also served as a Medical Scribe and Administration at Hicken Medical Clinic, where they focused on reducing health disparities through cultural competency training and quality control projects. Additionally, Diana has held various research assistant positions at the University of Oregon, Midwestern University, and the University of Arizona, contributing to studies on topics such as referral completion quality improvement and the health effects of reemployment. Diana has also worked at nonprofit organizations like ASIAN PACIFIC AMERICAN MEDICAL STUDENT ASSOCIATION and Pacific Links Foundation, where they engaged in programming, marketing, and communication efforts. Most recently, Diana joined MIND 24-7 as a Case Manager/Patient Navigator, managing individual patients across the health care continuum and evaluating the medical necessity and appropriateness of care.

Diana Nguyen started their education at St. Anthony's Vietnamese Language School from 2002 to 2014, where they did not earn a degree or specialize in any field of study. Diana then attended Aloha High School from 2011 to 2015 and obtained a High School Diploma. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree at the University of Oregon from 2015 to 2019. During this time, they studied Biology/Biological Sciences, General as well as Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General. Currently, Diana is enrolled at Midwestern University (AZ) and is expected to graduate in 2025 with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree, specializing in the field of Medicine.
