Erin Laird

Erin Laird has a background in strategic initiatives and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Erin is currently the Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at MIND 24-7, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at the same company from June 2021 to January 2023. Before joining MIND 24-7, Erin worked at LTC ACO, a subsidiary of Genesis HealthCare, where they served as the Senior Director of Strategic Programs and Provider Operations from January 2019 to June 2021. At Genesis HealthCare, Erin held the positions of Senior Director of Strategic Programs and Provider Operations from March 2018 to January 2019, and Director of Strategic Programs from September 2015 to January 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Cigna-HealthSpring as the Director of the Mid-Atlantic & PA Stars Program from March 2011 to August 2015, and as the Manager of Retention and Business Analytics from November 2008 to March 2011. Erin also has experience as a Senior Consultant at Navigant Consulting from September 2006 to November 2008, and as a Finance Associate at LaSalle Bank /ABN AMRO from June 2005 to September 2006.

Erin Laird's education history begins in 2001 when they enrolled at Columbia University. Erin pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, completing their studies in 2005. After taking a break from formal education, Erin returned to academia in 2008 and attended Loyola University Maryland. There, they pursued an Executive MBA degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. Erin successfully completed their studies in 2011.
