Nicole Bradberry

Nicole Bradberry has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Nicole is currently a Member of the Advisory Board at Deep Risk Management, LLC since 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Empactful Capital LLC from 2018 to 2022, including Operating Partner and Special Advisor. At Empactful Capital, they focused on investing in healthcare technology businesses and providing operating assistance and advice to portfolio companies.

In 2022, Nicole also became a Member at Chief, a professional network for women executives, and a Board Member at Spatially Health. In 2021, they served as a Convening Panel Member at State of Reform, an organization that bridges the gap between healthcare and policy.

Before these roles, Nicole founded HealthChiefs, an invite-only healthcare executives network, in 2016. Nicole also served as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of the Florida Association of ACOs from 2013.
