Mary Catherine Di Nunzio

Mary Catherine Di Nunzio has over 15 years of experience in legal and intellectual property roles. Mary Catherine is currently the Chair of Downforce Technologies, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Chief Legal Officer at Legislate Technologies (2020), Company Secretary and Legal Counsel at Apolitical (2020), Company Secretary and Legal Counsel at Ox Mountain (2020), General Counsel at Mind Foundry (2018), Company Secretary and Legal Counsel at Oxford Semantic Technologies (2017), and Owner of MC DINUNZIO PLLC (2009). Mary Catherine is also a Trustee of The Downforce Trust (2020). From 2006-2005, they held the role of Head of Global Patent Alliances and US Patent Attorney at H. Lundbeck A/S, and Counsel at Lowenstein Sandler PC.

Mary Catherine Di Nunzio received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Chemistry from Mississippi State University between 1986 and 1990. Mary Catherine then went on to The George Washington University Law School to obtain their Juris Doctor in Law from 1991 to 1995. In 1993, they obtained a USPTO Patent Registration. Mary Catherine was admitted to the New York Bar in March 1996, followed by the New Jersey Bar in March 1999. In December 2017, they became a Solicitor in England and Wales.
