Jodie Ashworth has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jodie is currently working as a Solutions Strategy Director at MindGym since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the NeuroLeadership Institute from 2016 to 2022, where they held various roles including Lead Consultant and Facilitator and Trainer.

In 2015, Jodie founded Rise Coaching Ltd, where they served as the Founder and Managing Director. Jodie has 20 years of experience supporting senior managers to enhance their performance and has worked in various sectors.

Before that, Jodie worked at The Orders of St John Care Trust as the Head of HR - Talent Management from 2015 to 2018. Jodie played a key role in transforming the organization's approach to attracting, recruiting, and developing their employees.

From 2006 to 2015, Jodie worked at Oxfam, first as the Head of International HR and later as a Senior HR Adviser (Humanitarian). In these roles, they provided strategic HR guidance to the organization's international division and played a crucial role in responding to humanitarian disasters.

Jodie's early career includes working at Leyland Trucks as a Senior HR Adviser from 2003 to 2006, where they specialized in resourcing and recruitment strategies. Jodie also worked at Broker Direct Plc as an HR Adviser from 1999 to 2003.

Throughout their career, Jodie has demonstrated a passion for supporting the development of others and has acquired accreditations in coaching from the International Coaching Federation and Brain Based Coaching with the NeuroLeadership Institute.

Jodie Ashworth ACC, FCIPD (she/her) completed their undergraduate education at Lancaster University from 1996 to 1999, where they studied Psychology. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2003, Jodie obtained the OPQ certification from Saville Assessment, a Willis Towers Watson Company. In 2015, they obtained the Wave certification from the same institution. Furthermore, in 2017, they completed the Organisational Development Practitioner Programme at Roffey Park Institute. It is worth noting that Jodie Ashworth is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certified by the International Coaching Federation, although the specific acquisition date is unavailable.
