Stephanie Kramer

Stephanie Kramer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Stephanie began their career as an Intern at Investec in 2010. Stephanie later joined The Urban Times as the Chief Operating Officer in 2011, where they worked until 2013. Stephanie then joined Accenture and held multiple positions, including Management Consultant & Health and Wellbeing Lead and Social Impact/International Development Consultant. Stephanie worked at Accenture from 2013 to 2018. Stephanie then moved to MindGym, starting as an Associate Director, Client Services, and progressing to Learning and Talent Manager and Learning and Talent Director. Since 2023, Stephanie serves as Global People Director at MindGym. Stephanie also has experience as a Mathematics Tutor, specializing in A Level and Key Stage 3, from 2008 to 2012.

Stephanie Kramer completed their A Levels from South Hampstead High School, with the time period spanning from 2001 to 2008. Later, they pursued higher education at UCL from 2008 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Statistics and Economics.
