Larissa Sherman is the Director of Psychological Therapies and Wellbeing at Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest. Larissa is also a Supervisor & Visiting Lecturer at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. In addition, Larissa is a Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor at Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England and a Co-Founder & Consultant at Changing Expressions Partnership. With a background in Drama & Movement Therapy, Larissa has extensive experience as a Head of Therapy and Therapist at London South East Academies Trust, and as an Associate Director at Free The Children.
