Strategic Lead For Young People at Mind

Louise C has over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, particularly in working with children and young people. Louise started their career at Lancashire Mind in 2011, where they held various roles including Children and Young People's Services Manager and Interim Achieving Self Care Manager. In 2016, they joined Mind as the Head of Children and Young People Programmes, and later became the Strategic Lead for Young People. Louise'sexpertise lies in implementing wellbeing interventions and leading programs focused on young people's mental health.

Louise C's education history begins with their time at Holy Cross Catholic High School from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained their GCSE's with grades ranging from A*-B. They then attended Winstanley College from 2006 to 2008, where they completed their A-levels. Afterwards, Louise C enrolled at UCL from 2008 to 2011 and earned a BSc in Psychology. They then attended Runshaw College from 2012 to 2014, completing Level 2 & 3 studies in Counselling. Their education concluded at the University of Central Lancashire from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a Graduate diploma in Child and Adolescent Mental Health.
