Rehema Figueiredo

Rehema Figueiredo is an experienced media and public relations professional currently serving as Head of Media and PR at Mind since April 2023, although currently on maternity leave. Prior to this role, Rehema held various significant positions, including Strategic Lead for the Powerful Young Voices programme and Media and Campaigns Manager at YoungMinds from December 2021 to March 2023, and Senior Media Officer at Mind from November 2018 to November 2021. Rehema's expertise also includes a secondment as Media Relations Manager at NHS England in 2021, and prior positions at British Red Cross, Tearfund, and Guardian News & Media. Rehema began a career in journalism with roles at Express Newspapers and Daily Mail, following a degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Leeds and training in Multimedia Journalism at the Press Association.
