Kowsalya Shanmugham

Kowsalya Shanmugham has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2007. Kowsalya began their career at Keane India Pvt. Limited as an Oracle Apps specialist, where they were responsible for understanding client functional requirements, developing custom interfaces, and developing reports. In 2015, they joined Pinnacle Seven Technologies as a Business Analyst, where they were responsible for functional knowledge of ERP keys, meeting with clients to determine requirements, and defining the scope of a project. In 2016, they worked for both SVR Global Solutions as a Business Development Manager and NEXT Techno Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Analyst. Since 2019, they have been employed at GREEN Limited as a Solution Engineer, and in 2022, they joined Mind Spark Technologies LLP as a Client Solutions Manager, Senior Business Analyst, and HR Admin.

Kowsalya Shanmugham obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electronics and Communication from Bannari Amman Institute of Technology between 2003 and 2007. Kowsalya has also obtained certifications in Dot Net and KGISL : Oracle Development Program - Sql,Plsql,Oracle Forms from Oracle.
