Natalie Odueke

Natalie Odueke has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Natalie currently holds the position of Director of Revenue Cycle at Mind Springs Health & West Springs Hospital. Prior to this, they worked as a Revenue Cycle Consultant for the same company.

From 2016 to 2023, Natalie worked at Baptist Health, starting as a Manager of Education, Quality Assurance, and Flex Team before being promoted to the role of Director of Education, Training, and Quality Assurance.

Before joining Baptist Health, Natalie worked as a Medical Scribe at ScribeAmerica from 2015 to 2016. Natalie also gained customer service experience by working as a Customer Service Representative at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island from 2009 to 2011 and at MetLife from 2007 to 2009.

Earlier in their career, Natalie served as an Associate Support Center Supervisor at Express Scripts from 2004 to 2007 and as a Front End Supervisor at Price Rite Supermarket from 2003 to 2004.

Natalie Odueke completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Western Governors University in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida in 2015. Natalie started their educational journey at the Community College of Rhode Island, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) in General Studies in 2014. Natalie Odueke also holds additional certifications including HFMA's Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM), and Basic Life Support (BLS).
