Anadi N Sinha

Anadi N Sinha has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Anadi began their career as a Management Trainee/Personnel Officer at Kelvinators India Limited in 1985. Anadi then worked at Lupin Limited as a Manager Personnel, where they were responsible for HR, Personnel, and Administration functions. In 1995, they joined Bridgestone as Head of HR, where they developed HR systems and implemented various concepts and tools for quality improvements. After leaving Bridgestone in 2002, Anadi moved to Minda Industries Limited as the Head of Corporate HRD, focusing on HR activities such as performance planning, talent development, and organizational renewal. In 2005, they joined Bharti Airtel Limited as the Regional Head for the West region and later took on the role of CHRO for the MPCG region. Anadi then worked at Future Group, Pantaloon Retail India Limited as the Chief People Officer for the North, West, and Gujarat regions, where they designed and deployed organizational strategies. Anadi then moved to NetAmbit Infosource & e-Services Pvt. Ltd. as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer, where they worked closely with leadership to create HR and non-HR plans. Anadi also worked at Tata Motors as the Head of HR, ER & CSR in Pune, where they planned and built a skilled workforce. Anadi'smost recent role was at Uno Minda, where they served as Director of Corporate & Government Affairs, Director of Operations, and President HRM & Group CHRO. During this time, they established various functions, collaborated with top management on organizational transformation, and implemented succession planning programs.

Anadi N Sinha obtained a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Allahabad from 1981 to 1983. Anadi then pursued a degree in LL.B. in Labour Studies from the same university from 1983 to 1986. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from the University of Allahabad, starting in 1979 and finishing in 1981. Anadi N Sinha has also obtained various certifications and memberships over the years, including being a Certified Executive Coach from BYLD Group, a Life Member of the Public Relations Society of India, The Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), and NHRDN Delhi & NCR Chapter, as well as many others.
