Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a background in nutrition and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has established an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition to this role, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana served as a university lecturer at a vocational training school, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
