Anne Rae (PCC)

Anne Rae (PCC) has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Anne began their career as an HR Officer at Mars Confectionery in 1995 before transitioning to British Airways as an HR Manager in 1998. From 2004 to 2008, they worked at BP as an HR and Reward Manager. Anne then changed career paths and became a Primary School Teacher at St Mary's and St Peter's Primary School and St James' Primary School from 2009 to 2016. In 2015, they established their own coaching business, Anne Rae Coaching, and became a Professional Certified (CPCC) Coach and PCC Member of the ICF. Anne also worked as a Coach at Sanctus from 2018 and later became their Head Coach from 2021 to 2022. In 2018, they also joined BetterUp as a Premier Fellow Coach. Currently, Anne is working as an Associate Coach at Mindbeat since 2019.

Anne Rae (PCC) has a diverse education history. In 1987, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in French Studies from Newcastle University. Anne continued their education at Edinburgh Napier University, where they pursued a degree in Marketing and Languages from 1991 to 1992. In 1992, Anne obtained a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Anne also has a background in coaching. In 2015 and 2016, they attended the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) to complete a coaching program. In 2019, they obtained a Certificate in Somatic Coaching from The Somatic School. In 2020, they pursued the International Systemic Team Coaching Certificate at the Academy of Executive Coaching, specializing in Team Coaching.

Additionally, Anne has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2017, they became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute. Anne also holds the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation, which they obtained in 2019. Furthermore, Anne attained the Myers-Briggs Step I Certified Practitioner certification from The Myers-Briggs Company in 2023.

Moreover, Anne acquired the Certificate Part 1 Fundamentals of Systemic Coaching and Constellations from Coaching Constellations Ltd in 2021. Anne also holds a "Member of CIPD" certification from CIPD, which they obtained in 1999.

Lastly, Anne completed their studies in Elementary Education and Teaching, earning a PGCE from St Mary's University, Twickenham. The duration of their program is not specified.
