Sarah Fraser, MCC, has a diverse work experience in coaching and mentoring roles. Sarah started their career as a Mentor in the European Professional Women's Network and later served as a Mentor and Training Coordinator at BNI. Sarah then worked as a Stress & Mindset Expert at Vimcore, providing coaching support on stress management and developing a positive mindset.

Sarah continued their career at Real Time Minds, where they served as a Personal Effectiveness Expert, helping business owners develop themselves and their teams through coaching in personal branding, strengths-building, authentic leadership, and workplace wellbeing. After that, they worked as a Career Development Coach at CareerBalance Ltd, assisting individuals with important career decisions and finding new career opportunities.

Sarah then joined BetterUp as a Distinguished Fellow Coach, providing executive-level coaching to emerging leaders in various organizations. Sarah later worked at Mindbeat as an Associate Coach, empowering employees at all levels to reach their highest potential and building thriving teams.

In 2020, Sarah became an Integrative Well-Being & Career Coach at Mettacool, delivering and facilitating programs that advance gender equity, inclusion, and well-being in the workplace. Sarah currently holds the position of Core Guide at Chief, a private network aimed at empowering women in executive leadership.

Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated a passion for personal transformation, peer support, and driving positive change in individuals and organizations.

Sarah Fraser, MCC, has a diverse education history. Sarah earned a BA (Hons) in Business/Marketing and Languages from the University of Central Lancashire between 1993 and 1996. In 2008, they obtained a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching from The Coaching Academy. In 2018, Sarah became a Certified Mentor Coach through Coach Cachet, specializing in mentor coaching. Sarah also completed a Master Practitioner program in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) at Global NLP Training in 2010. Additionally, they studied Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) at OPP in 2011 and Leadership through Emotional Intelligence at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in 2013. Sarah also acquired proficiency in the Dutch language as a second language (Nederlands als Tweede Taal) through Prins en Heida in 2010 and 2011.

Furthermore, Sarah has obtained several additional certifications throughout their career. Sarah became a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC) through Positive Intelligence in July 2022. In the same month, they also obtained the prestigious Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation. In December 2020, Sarah achieved the Conscious Business Coach certification from BetterUp. Sarah has also completed various online courses, including Organizational Analysis from Stanford University, Introduction to Philosophy from the University of Edinburgh, Nutrition, Health, and Lifestyle: Issues and Insights from Vanderbilt University, and Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence from Case Western Reserve University, all through Coursera. Moreover, Sarah is a proud member of the International Coaching Federation and obtained the ICF Member Badge in April 2013. Lastly, they received the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation in June 2015.
