Aubree Eck

Aubree Eck's work experience includes:

1. Integration Coach at Mindbloom since December 2022 (ongoing).

2. Founder and Lead Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner at Healing Roots Nutrition LLC from 2019 to September 2022. Established the company and developed personalized plans based on clients' health records, lab results, nutrition, lifestyle, and environmental factors.

3. Nutritional Health Coach at Natural Growth from July 2021 to July 2022. As the Lead Nutritional Health Coach and Manager of the Nutrition Department, evaluated clients' health records, nutrition, lifestyle, and environmental exposure to create customized plans.

4. Food Server at Snooze an A.M. Eatery from July 2019 to July 2021.

5. Held multiple roles at Kern Family Farm and Gnarly Carrot Health Food Store from October 2018 to April 2019. These roles included WWOOF volunteer, Harvest Manager, Check Out Operator, and managing the Gnarly Carrot Health Food Store.

6. Camp Counselor and Wilderness Guide at CAMP MANITO-WISH YMCA in July and August 2017. Also worked at the camp in the summer of 2018 as a Kayak, canoe, and backpacking guide, and as a Medical Tripping Assistant.

7. Floater at Lucile's Restaurant from August 2014 to August 2017.

8. Waitress at Wapiti Colorado Pub since April 2013 (current position).

Aubree Eck's education history is as follows:

Aubree Eck attended Thompson Valley High School from 2009 to 2013. After high school, they enrolled in Colorado State University and pursued a degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from 2013 to 2017.

In 2018, Aubree Eck enrolled in the Functional Nutrition Alliance with Andrea Nakayama and completed a program in Functional Nutrition. Aubree continued their studies in this field from 2019 to 2020 at the American Fitness Professionals & Associates, where they pursued a specialization in Holistic Nutrition.

In 2020, Aubree Eck attended the Functional Nutritional Alliance with Andrea Nakayama for a second time, this time focusing on Functional Nutrition.

Aubree Eck also obtained a Health Coach Certification from the Wellcoaches School of Coaching in 2020. Additionally, they have earned several certifications, including Certified Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner from the Functional Nutrition Alliance, Certified Health and Wellness Coach from Wellcoaches® Australia, Certified Holistic Nutritionist from the AFPA American Fitness Professionals & Associates, and Certified Yoga Instructor from Om Ananda Yoga.

Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Functional and Nutritional Blood Chemistry Analysis at the Metabolic Healing Institute, starting in 2022.
