Kristen Yates

Kristen Yates has diverse work experience in various roles. Kristen worked as a Psychedelic Integration Coach at Mindbloom starting in 2022. Prior to that, they functioned as a Business Coach, Yoga and Breathwork Instructor, and Retreat Producer & Facilitator under their own name since 2014. Kristen also offered services such as Podcast Production, Website and Graphic Design, and Small Business Services. As a freelancer, they provided Content and Copywriting services for small businesses across various industries. Additionally, they worked as a Community Manager and Marketing professional at WiFi Tribe and as a Content/Copywriter and Design Support at Montaia. Kristen has experience as a Project Manager, Ghostwriter, Editor, and Content Writer for B.C. Allen Publishing and Alan Samuel Cohen respectively. In their role as a Community and Marketing Manager, they contributed to Braveheart Coaching.

Kristen Yates has a diverse education history. Kristen obtained a RYT-500 Yoga Instructor certification from Sthira Yoga in 2022, specializing in Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Therapy. In 2016, they became a Certified Holistic Health Coach after completing their studies at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Prior to that, they attended Gonzaga University from 2004 to 2008 and earned a BA degree in Psychology and Business Administration. Additionally, during their time at Gonzaga University, Kristen also pursued studies in Fine Arts. In 2010, they obtained a TEFL English Teacher certification from TEFL Worldwide Prague, focusing on English Language and Literature.

Kristen has also acquired several additional certifications. In 2022, they became a Breathwork Facilitator through The Breath Center. Kristen obtained a Theta Healing Practitioner certification from ThetaHealing® in 2021. In 2018, Kristen became a Reiki Level II Practitioner from the Yoga School Rishikesh India. Kristen also holds a Holistic Health Coach certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, which they obtained in 2016. Furthermore, in 2015, they became a 500-Hour Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Instructor certified by Yoga Alliance. Lastly, in 2012, Kristen obtained a TEFL Certified English Teacher qualification from TEFL Worldwide Prague.
