Stéphane Colas

Stéphane Colas has over 16 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Stéphane is currently the Head of Product at Mindbloom since August 2022. Prior to this, Stéphane worked at Sonder Inc., where they held multiple positions including Senior Director of Product Management, Director of Product Management, and Group Product Manager from 2019 to 2021. Stéphane also worked at Zynga as a Lead Product Manager and Sr. Product Manager from 2015 to 2019. Stéphane started their career as a Summer Intern at Bell Labs Lucent Technologies in 2008 and later became a Teaching Assistant at ETH Zurich. Stéphane also gained experience as a Product Fellow at Kleiner Perkins and as a Fellow Associate at McKinsey & Company. Additionally, Stéphane has worked at the Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Agency as a Senior Program Associate, providing support in promoting agricultural sector transformation. Stéphane has a diverse background in product management, consulting, and research.

Stéphane Colas pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical Engineering from ETH Zürich from 2004 to 2007. Stéphane furthered their education at ETH Zürich, obtaining a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from 2008 to 2010. During that time, in 2009, they also engaged in a Master's thesis at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, focusing on Operations Research. Additionally, they spent a brief period as a visiting student at Stanford University in 2009, specializing in Electrical Engineering, Optimization, and Mathematical Programming. Stéphane later sought a double major in Marketing and Operations for their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The Wharton School, which they completed between 2013 and 2015. As part of their education journey, they also participated in a study exchange program at INSEAD's Singapore Campus in 2015.
