Julia Hartnett

Julia Hartnett currently serves as the Senior Director of Talent Management at Mindbody since August 2023. Previously, Julia held various roles at McKinsey & Company from August 2013 to June 2023, including Associate Director of HR & Talent, Professional Development, Engagement Manager, and Associate. Julia also gained experience as a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company in June 2012. Earlier in Julia's career, a position as a Senior Associate Brand Manager was held at Kraft Foods from 2007 to 2011. Julia Hartnett earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford University Graduate School of Business between 2011 and 2013 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Hispanic Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2007.
