Sheetal Chhugani

Sheetal Chhugani has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. From 2003 to 2023, they worked at Bitwise Inc, where they held the position of General Manager - Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing various HR functions. In 2023, they joined Mindbowser Inc as the CHRO, where they continue to utilize their expertise in leading the HR department.

Sheetal Chhugani holds multiple degrees in the field of HR from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Their educational background includes an MPM (Master of Personnel Management), Mcom (Master of Commerce), and Bcom (Bachelor of Commerce). Sheetal has also obtained additional certifications in various areas. In 2018, they became a Certified Posh Trainer from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences- School of Vocational Education.
