About this role: 

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our B2B software company and drive the optimization of our marketing processes, technologies, and performance. In this role, you'll be responsible for enhancing our marketing efficiency, managing our tech stack, and providing data-driven insights to support our growth objectives.

Your responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage the entire marketing tech stack, including marketing automation platforms (focusing on HubSpot) to streamline lead management and nurturing processes

  • Design and own lead attribution reporting and data feeds from Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and other data sources

  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using tools like HubSpot, Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Studio to track key marketing metrics and provide actionable insights

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing funnels to improve conversion rates

  • Manage the marketing technology stack, with a focus on HubSpot and 6sense, evaluating new tools and integrating them into existing workflows

  • Oversee lead scoring, segmentation, and routing to ensure efficient handoff to the sales team

  • Plan and execute A/B tests and experiments to continuously improve marketing performance

  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our B2B software marketing strategies

  • Establish and maintain marketing operations processes, documentation, and best practices

  • Collaborate with content and demand generation teams to support campaign execution and measurement

  • Manage the marketing budget and track ROI of marketing initiatives

Your qualifications & requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, specifically within B2B software companies

  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot is a requirement and 6sense is a plus

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Hubspot, Tableau, Power BI)

  • Excellent project management and communication skills

  • Experience with SQL, HTML, and JavaScript is a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong understanding of B2B software marketing strategies and best practices

  • Expertise in marketing automation and process optimization
