Vanessa currently holds the position of Senior Manager at MindBridge, overseeing people and culture, as well as global payroll and benefits. Prior to this, Vanessa worked at Brookfield Renewable as a Senior Payroll Specialist and at Gillin Hotels as a Payroll Benefits Specialist. Vanessa has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Ottawa. Vanessa's expertise in payroll and benefits administration has been honed through their work at various companies, including Lord Elgin Hotel where Vanessa also held roles in accounts payable and as a night auditor.
