Laura Chanoux

Laura Chanoux has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Laura currently holds the position of Director of Operations at MindEdge Learning, where they lead operational process development and manages the Support Operations team. Prior to this, Laura worked as a Freelance Reviewer at Booklist Publications and as an Internal Consulting Intern at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Laura also gained experience at the University of Michigan, where they held roles such as Operations Lead and Project Coordinator at the International Institute. In addition, Laura has worked at Northwestern University, The University of Pennsylvania Press, Michigan Pops Orchestra, Askwith Media Library, Sweetland Center, and Audencia School of Management in various roles.

Laura Chanoux has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Social Impact from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, which they obtained from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History Honors Program Thesis and History, French at the University of Michigan from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in PM Skills: Change Management from PMgmt Skills in 2024.
