Ed Diaz de Leon

Ed Diaz de Leon has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Ed is currently serving as the Sr. National Sales Director for Mindera Health since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at LEO Pharma from 2012 to 2022, holding the role of Sr. Area Business Director for the Western US. In this position, they managed a sales team and developed operational strategies for the region. Before joining LEO Pharma, Ed worked as a Specialty District Manager at LEO Pharma from 2009 to 2011, overseeing the Dallas Division and managing sales and promotional activities in the dermatology market. Ed also has experience with Novartis as a Sr. District Business Manager, where they delivered results on various product portfolios and developed a high-performing sales team. Additionally, they worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Sr. District Manager, Associate Manager of District Operations, and National Sales Trainer, where they promoted a variety of treatment portfolios and launched dermatological product lines.

Ed Diaz de Leon has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
