Hayley Panetta

Hayley Panetta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in impactful leadership and partnerships. Currently serving as Executive Director of Impact Missions at Minderoo Foundation since December 2019, Panetta is dedicated to addressing urgent societal challenges with a focus on adaptability and clear impact goals. Previous roles at Minderoo Foundation include Director of Impact, Chief of Staff to Nicola Forrest AO, and Head of Partnerships. Additionally, Panetta has experience in communications at Tattarang and in the Office of the CEO at Fortescue Metals Group. Early career experience includes serving as Research Manager at the Resource Information Unit. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in International & Community Development from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and English from the University of Western Australia.
