Minderoo Foundation
Holly Buschman is an experienced leader in sustainability and environmental management, currently serving as the Executive Director of Natural Ecosystems at the Minderoo Foundation since April 2025. Previously, Buschman held the position of Vice President of Sustainability Strategy at South32 from October 2021 to March 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing climate change, nature, and social performance strategies. Prior to that, Buschman spent over a decade at BHP, significantly contributing to climate resilience and sustainability as Head of Climate Resilience and in various principal roles, focusing on strategies to enhance resilience against climate impacts and improve biodiversity. Buschman's earlier career included positions at MWH, Coffey International Ltd, CB&I, Valspar, and GE, building a robust foundation in environmental management and compliance. Buschman holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
