Pankaj Chanana has held various roles throughout their work experience. Pankaj started their career as a Software Engineer at IMRG Consulting from May 1999 to June 2000. Pankaj then joined Mindfire Solutions, where they worked as a Software Engineer from July 2000 to July 2002, a Senior Software Engineer from July 2002 to July 2004, and a Tech Lead from August 2004 to August 2006. Pankaj then transitioned to the role of Project Manager from August 2006 to June 2010, handling Microsoft Technologies and mobile development. Pankaj was promoted to Senior Project Manager, heading native mobile technologies, from July 2010 to June 2012. From June 2012 to December 2016, they served as the Head of Catalyst, and from January 2017 to September 2021, they held the position of Head of Learning & Knowledge. Currently, Pankaj is the Vice President Talent Acquisition at Mindfire Solutions, starting from October 2021.
Pankaj Chanana holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Systems from IMT, Ghaziabad. Pankaj studied Electronics with a focus on Digital Electronics/Microprocessors/Opto-electronics/Fortran at Delhi University from 1994 to 1998. In 1998, they pursued an Advanced Network Centered Computing program at NIIT Kalkaji, New Delhi.
