Jasmina Hegerová has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. In 2017, they worked as an Assistant de recherche at Universiteit van Amsterdam, where they assisted Professor Willemijn Aerdts with research on failures in intelligence. In 2018, they interned with the Civil Society Team at UNODC.

In 2019, Jasmina worked as a Political Marketing Intern for Progresívne Slovensko, where they managed social media accounts and conducted research for political figures. Jasmina Hegerová has a diverse education history spanning various institutions and fields of study. Jasmina began their educational journey at Gymnázium Jura Hronca, where they pursued an International Baccalaureate degree from 2002 to 2015. Following this, Jasmina attended Université Sorbonne Nouvelle in 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in European Studies/Civilization.

Continuing their academic pursuits, Jasmina pursued a Bachelor's degree with Honours at the University of Amsterdam from 2015 to 2018, with a Major in European Law as part of their European Studies program. Building on their undergraduate studies, they then pursued a Master's degree in International Security at Sciences Po from 2019 to 2021, focusing on International Relations and National Security Studies.

Alongside their formal education, Jasmina has also obtained certifications to enhance their skill set. Jasmina completed the "Program Management Foundations" course at LinkedIn in August 2022. In addition, they undertook several online courses at the University of Michigan, including "Using Python to Access Web Data" in December 2020, "Programming for Everyone (Python Data Structures)" in October 2020, and "Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python)" in September 2020.
