Oren Ohayon Harel

Oren Ohayon Harel is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the technology sector. As the CEO and Co-Founder of PlainID since July 2015, Oren has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth. In addition to leadership at PlainID, Oren has taken on various investment roles, serving as a seed investor in multiple startups such as Mindfly.live, KRE8.TV, and Hyro. Prior to these ventures, Oren held the position of Deputy CISO at Bank Hapoalim from March 2007 to December 2014, managing large-scale projects and teams in the Cyber Security field. Oren’s career also includes security consulting at Taldor from 2005 to 2007. Oren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Ariel University, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
