Jon Allen has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in management, project coordination, and customer service. Currently serving as the Manager of Real Estate, Facilities, and Purchasing at Mindful Health Solutions since May 2016, Jon oversees a clinic build-out budget of $2.5 million. Previous roles include Project Manager and Project Coordinator at Blu Homes, where Jon successfully managed the opening of a design center and established a sales pipeline while collaborating across departments. Prior to that, Jon was an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, managing a fleet of over 150 vehicles, and held various positions in customer service and operations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from California State University, Chico, and a Certificate in Construction Management from UC Berkeley Extension.
