Matt Kang

Matt Kang serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Mindful Health Solutions since September 2023. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance and CFO at WellNow Urgent Care from October 2022 to September 2023, part of The Aspen Group. Matt has extensive experience in financial leadership, having served as Vice President and CFO at ProMedica Senior Care from July 2018 to June 2022, and as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at HCR ManorCare for over 15 years. Earlier career roles include managerial positions at Deloitte, Exelon, and Arthur Andersen & Co., focusing on finance transformation, M&A, and corporate development. Matt holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BA in History from Kenyon College.
