Sundas Fatima

Sundas Fatima is an accomplished professional with diverse experience across project management, marketing, and business operations. Currently serving as a Project Manager at UDF Development since July 2024, Sundas oversees the transformation of constructions into rental units and retail spaces while integrating various engineering disciplines. Additionally, Sundas operates as a Marketing and Communications Strategist at Mindful Solutions, focusing on brand visibility and campaign execution. As the owner of Coached by Sunny, an online coaching business established in September 2023, Sundas has developed comprehensive marketing products and client applications. Prior experience includes roles at UFC GYM as a Fitness Trainer, and positions in marketing and operations at PIP Guide Legal and Personal Injury Physicians, where Sundas significantly enhanced marketing strategies and client acquisition. Sundas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Entrepreneurship from Flagler College and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Jacksonville University.
