As the Director of Human Resources and Operations for Mindful Philanthropy, Kindra leverages over two decades of experience and expertise as a leader, human resources professional, and advocate for others, especially with causes focused on the betterment of children. She is a compassionate and collaborative leader who seamlessly balances the intricate demands of the organization with the mindful development of the invaluable human resources she serves.

Kindra has built a professional career centered around leadership, excellence in human resources, and a commitment to helping people thrive. She has notably held roles with Community Services, Inc. (CSI), Community Action Program for Central Arkansas (CAPCA), and Huntington Learning Center. She has been an influential and dynamic leader in both HR and operations with each of these distinguished organizations. Kindra thrived in these organizations, as their missions were focused on serving and advocating for youth through mental health services and juvenile justice reforms. These organizational missions seamlessly blended with her commitment to serving others and advocating for change.

She is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree in business management. She is also anticipating the completion of her Master of Jurisprudence in general legal studies from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2023, focusing on business law and compliance, risk management, and employment law. Kindra holds her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is a member of The National Society of Leadership Success.
