She has been an influential and dynamic leader in both HR and operations with each of these distinguished organizations. Kindra thrived in these organizations, as their missions were focused on serving and advocating for youth through mental health services and juvenile justice reforms. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree in business management. She is also anticipating the completion of her Master of Jurisprudence in general legal studies from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2023, focusing on business law and compliance, risk management, and employment law. Kindra holds her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is a member of The National Society of Leadership Success.
