Ionela Botel

Ionela Botel has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ionela started their career at Aviva in 2010, first as a Data Entry Operator and then as a Premium Payments Officer. Ionela then moved on to MetLife as a Policy Owner Services Assistant before joining Teamnet as an Analyst Customer Operations. In 2019, they worked at UniCredit Bank Romania as an Applications Administrator and later at Oracle as a Technical Support Engineer. Currently, they are employed at mindit.io as a Technical Support Engineer.

Ionela Botel has a Master's degree in Health Services Management from Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the same institution, studying from 2010 to 2011. Before starting their Bachelor's degree, Ionela completed another Bachelor's degree in Management and Public Administration from Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti, spanning from 2007 to 2010. Their secondary education took place at Colegiul National "Frabii Buzeti" Craiova from 2003 to 2007, where they focused on Mathematics. Ionela Botel also holds a certification as an Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud 2020 Certified Implementation Specialist, which they achieved in November 2020.
