Silviu Balaci

Silviu Balaci started their work experience in June 2012 as a Customer Service Agent at NobelBiz® | Contact Center Technology. Silviu then progressed to become a Contact Center Technical Support Engineer in November 2012 and later became a Contact Center Technical Support Senior Engineer in December 2013. From March 2018 to March 2019, they worked as a Contact Center Technical Team Lead, overseeing day-to-day operations, mentoring the Technical Support Team, and implementing policies to ensure quality services. From March 2019 to January 2020, they served as a Cloud Contact Center Technical Support Coordinator, coordinating software releases and managing risk. In January 2020, Silviu joined mindit.io as a Technical Support Engineer, and in February 2021, they transitioned to the role of Business Intelligence Developer. Currently, they hold the position of Business Intelligence Tech Lead at mindit.io.

Silviu Balaci's education history begins with their high school education at Aurel Vlaicu National College Bucharest, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science from 2004 to 2008.

Silviu then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Universitatea Româno-Americană din București from 2019 to 2021.

In terms of higher education, Silviu also attended the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest to study Computer Science, starting in 2009.

Additionally, Silviu obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Silviu received a MySQL Usage certification from InfoAcademy in February 2019 and a Cisco Certified Network Associate Industrial (CCNA I) certification from InfoAcademy in March 2018. In February 2013, they obtained a Technical Induction Softdial Contact Center certification from Sytel Ltd. Furthermore, Silviu acquired an ESOL B2 certificate in English from the University of Cambridge in June 2006. Most recently, in November 2021, they earned a Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification from Microsoft.
