Stefania Gurau

Stefania Gurau currently serves as a People & Culture Partner at mindit.io since February 2024, following a role as Junior People & Culture Specialist. Prior experience includes positions at UniCredit Bank Romania as Sales Support for Private Individuals and a Learning & Development Intern, and at AROBS Software as a Human Resources Intern. Stefania is pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing Strategies and Policies at Babes-Bolyai University, expected to be completed in July 2024, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Public Relations from the same university, earned in July 2022.
