Alpana Gordon Parmar

Alpana Gordon Parmar is an experienced corporate-communication trainer with a diverse background in English language education and training. Currently serving at Mind Map Consulting since July 2015, Alpana focuses on providing training in English as a Secondary Language and customer service for young adults associated with NASSCOM. In addition, Alpana is a freelance spoken English trainer for Orient BlackSwan, conducting training sessions and assessments for teachers. Previous roles include authoring curriculum for Quadrum Solutions Ltd. and teaching ESL for the Government of India. Alpana has also worked as a project consultant for the British Council and held various positions in marketing and business development in several organizations. Alpana holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Arts in History from Delhi University and specialized training certifications from the University of Cambridge.
